Research and Development

Plastic injection shaping our company's No.1 industry. We own 82 sets of 80-1500MT injection shaping machines. In order to efficiently ensure the product quality, in 1998 we formally implemented an ISO9002 compliant quality guarantee system and 5S spot management. In 1999, we introduced a domestically made central feeding system; pendulum impact testing machine developed by the German ZWICK company; a universal material testing machine from the British HOUNSFIELD company, and other advanced testing devices, thus effectively our product ex-factory percentage of passing to be at or over 99.8%.

This Dept. annually produces 1.8 million sets of various models of detachable air-conditioners, 800,000 sets of cabinet air-conditioner plastic casings and over a 100,000 sets of other products. We have become a leading domestic manufacturer of air-conditioner plastic pieces. Apart from our products satisfying domestic markets, they are selling in Egypt, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Britain, Greece, the Middle East and so on.

Mould manufacture is one of our main business areas, and is also the key developing department. The company invests over USD1,000,000 every year in technological transformation and equipment renewal. Now we have 6 senior engineers, 11 senior mold designers and a group of mold manufacture technicians with rich experience.

Since 1996, we have introduced CAD, CAM and MOLDFLOW design software; mold processing machinery of all sizes, discharge shaping machinery, discharge wire cutting equipment, wax injector clapper die spotting press, three-dimensional measuring machines, hot runner systems, etc. We annually develop, design and manufacture 8 sets of detachable air-conditioner indoor machine plastic molds, 10 sets of cabinet air-conditioner metal plate and plastic molds and dozens of other automobile, telecom, small home appliance, metal plate and plastic molds.

From 1998 until now, we have exported American FEDDERS air-Conditioner factory window type machine molds every year. We are also the mold conveying manufacture base for Midea, which is a famous Chinese manufacturer of air conditioners.
